House of Insanity Haunted House Coming this October to Salvage Texas Get Tickets Now Dismiss

Sponsorships & Donations

H.O.I. Horror Productions and Salvage Texas are now accepting Sponsorships & Donations for the 2017 Haunted House, Halloween Festival, and Trick-or-Treat trail.

We are anticipating a nightly attendance of 500-1000 plus people on the festival grounds.

This is our first year, and first large scale event ever held at Salvage Texas. We have every intention of making this an annual event. We hope it becomes one of the most fun and exciting Halloween festivals in Texas, and we have an incredible team of passionate horror freaks and geeks that are helping make it happen.

The deadlines for Sponsorships is Sept 22nd. Sponsors must select their tiers and submit payment no later then Midnight CDT Sept 22nd, 2017 to be included in marketing materials.

All sponsorship funds will go towards buying costumes for the Haunted house staff members, supplies, and decorations for the festival, the build out of infrastructure, props, and art installations throughout the festival grounds and trick-or-treat trail, including the decorating of all the tiny houses for the trick-or-treat trail.

We have three tiers and ways you can sponsor the festival to help us make this happen, including a “You Decide” Donation Option

Tier One - "The Presence” Diamond Sponsor - $1500

Tier One sponsors will have their logo displayed as prominent sponsors on all our marketing material and signage which includes:
  • 8.5 x 11 flyers distributed throughout Central Texas
  • Our website (Salvagetx.com) and Social Media Profiles (with over 85,000 fans and followers)
  • HOI Staff and General Public T-shirts
  • Large Banner at main entrance of event
  • Lanyards for Staff & Vendors
  • At-the-door Brochures (given to everyone who enters our gates)
  • Digital Tickets
  • Digital Email & social media marketing campaigns
  • Festival grounds directions, signage, and policies.

Tier One sponsors will also receive 5 Season Pass tickets to the festival and all events ($250 value) to distribute to your employees, family members, or friends.

Also – 5 Free overnight stays in any one of our tiny houses ($500 value) throughout the months of October, November and December 2017.

Finally – The option of having a 10’x10’ vendor/exhibitor booth for your business or company during the length of the event.

Tier Two - The Gold Goblin Sponsor - $1,000

Tier Two Sponsors will have their business name displayed on the footer of our website under the “With additional support from” section on our at-the-door brochures that every attendee will receive at the festival.

Tier Two sponsors will receive 3 Season Pass tickets to the festival and all events ($150 value) to distribute to your employees, family members, or friends.

AND 3 Free overnight stays in any one of our tiny houses ($300 value) throughout the months of October, November and December 2017.

Tier Three - Silver Sage Sponsor - $500

Tier three sponsors will not have their logo or business displayed on any marketing material, but will receive the following things in deep appreciation of their support.

2 Season Pass tickets to the festival and all events ($100 value) to distribute to your employees, family members, or friends.

2 Free overnight stays in any one of our tiny houses ($200 value) throughout the months of October, November and December 2017.

Tier Four - "You Decide Donation"

Are you just excited about what we are doing and want to show your support?

We are gladly accepting donations from supporters in any amount.

For every $100 you donate, we will include a single Season Pass to the festival (a $50 value) which will be emailed to you.

Please note: You will be redirected to Paypal and the page will say you are donating to Tiny Texas Houses LLC. This is correct and all donations will go towards the Halloween Festival.
